Memorial service for Willie James Murphy, 67, of Auburn, AL, will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at Source of Hope Pavilion, 421 Iron Wood Road, Notasulga, AL 36866, Pastor Arthur Robinson will officiate.

Mr. Murphy, who passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 at his home in Auburn, AL, was born April 3, 1954 in Elmore County, Alabama.

He leaves to cherish his memory: three daughters, LaTonja Piner of Birmingham AL, Toi L. Willis of Auburn, AL and Erica Willis of Seattle, WA: two grandsons, Jordan Jones and Henry “Trey” Jones both of Auburn, AL; one sister, Flora Moss of Notasulga, AL; one sister-in-law, Elvira Murphy of Notasulga, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

CDC recommends that people wear cloth face coverings in public settings when around people outside of their household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.
