Graveside services will be held on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at 12:00 Noon From Forrest Hill Cemetery, Pastor Donald Harris, officiating Mrs. Moore will lie in state on Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 10-4PM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.
