Dorothy Anderson Nelson, 64, wife of George Edward Nelson, died Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence, SC. She was born January 18, 1957 in Manning, SC, a daughter of the late Thornwell Anderson and Alice Ragin Anderson.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Nelson will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Central Carolina Technical College F E Dubose Campus, 3351 Sumter Highway, Manning, SC. Pastor Sam Livingston officiating, Pastor Anna Lawson, presiding, Minister John Nelson and Minister Loretta Briggs assisting. Burial will follow in Harmony Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 8629 Hwy 301 N., Alcolu, SC.

The family is receiving friends at the home of her sister, Juanita Anderson Parson, 722 Barnwell Street, Manning, SC. Mask required.
