Joe and I ran deep together through high school. What a guy. Everyone liked joe. Not a mean streak in him. He was the friendliest, and most intelligent man I've ever known. Rest in piece my friend. Enjoy your big base guitar on your heavenly stage. I love you my friend 🙏😇❤️

My deepest condolences to Joe's family. I knew Joe in high school. He was one of the nicest people I've ever met. His love of music led him to Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. We used to go to Christian concerts together.I'm very happy to read that he continued to be close to the Lord. Again, I'm sorry for your loss. Lenn Mackey

My deepest condolences go out to the family. I worked indirectly / directly with Joe for about 15 yrs. He was the engineer and I was a mechanic. Joe was very intelligent, respectful and kind . He didn't mind sharing his knowledge. 'Joe did not talk a lot about anything but spoke up when necessary., put a lot on paper . During nether holidays he would mention his loving wife, beautiful daughter and grandchild . He always wanted to get something special. He loved his family and loved music and played his guitar with the NADEP band . Joe could really play his guitar. Everyone would crowd around, clapping, singing and some dancing . Joe was shy so he would just smile or nod his head , or wave his hand .He never boasted nor bragged about himself. He was unique , he loved the lord . Joe will be missed dearly by many . 🙏🏽 Mrs. Joy Williams
