I Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, where unto thou art also called, and has professed a good profession before many witnesses. The pastor, members and friends of the Faith Missionary Baptist Church of Des Moines, Iowa wish to convey our deepest deepest condolences to the family of Stanley Rogers. Pastor Dale Terry and Stanley used to box together in times past. On earth he fought many battles physically. Some he won and some he lost. But the last and most important fight of his life, he gained the victory through Jesus Christ our Lord. No more earthly battles, but peace and happiness are his reward. To see Stanley again, we too must put on the whole armor of God and fight off the world and satans influence. Will you join me in this fight? If there is anything I can do to help you, please don't hesitate to call. Pastor Emeritus, Reverend Dale Terry

My deepest sympathies to the Rodgers family. May God give you the peace that you seek. May my condolences bring you comfort and may my prayers ease the pain of your loss. I ask that as you prepare to move forward in your lives to remember Stanley and his great personality as well as how his smile could light up a room on a bad day. Stanley was a wonderful grandfather to my son ( Christopher) Although he's going to be truly missed by many he's resting no more pain because he's in Gods hands. Stay encouraged and keep God first because all of our strength comes from him. Katondra Jordan
