Obituary For Paulean Gholar

Mrs. Paulean Gholar, 66, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021 at Select Specialty, Jackson, Mississippi.

She is the daughter of the late Charlie and Annie Jane Sims. She was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church where she served as President of Women's Mission, Deaconess, Usher and member of the choir.

Mrs. Gholar was Cafeteria Supervisor at J. E. Johnson Elementary School. She loved shopping and spending time with family and friends.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, May 8, 2021 at J. E. Johnson Elementary School Gymnasium at 11am. Interment will be in Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Silver Creek, Mississippi.

She is survived by: husband, Jerry Gholar of Prentiss, MS; sons, Patrick Sims, Sr. of Collins, MS; Rienld Sims, Sr. and Davison Booth both of Hattiesburg, MS; Donald Booth, Jr. of Collins, MS; daughter, Keyanna Booth of Hattiesburg, MS; brothers, David Sims and Kenneth Sims both of New Orleans, LA; grandchildren: 19; great-grandchildren: 6

Visitation will be Friday, May 7, 2021 at Johnson Funeral Home, 1-8pm and Saturday at J. E. Johnson School Gymnasium, 10-11am.
