Levonia Porter Frazier,93, of New Bern died Monday, May 3, 2021 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

Her service is 1:00 PM, Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Greenwood Cemetery 820 Cypress St. New Bern.

She is survived by her son, Reginald Frazier of New Bern.

Masks are required. Chairs are limited, please bring a chair and water.

Reggie, I'm so glad I got to see Mrs. Frazier although she was sick. I'm glad I got to share some of our memories with you and your wife. Your mom was the epitome of a classy lady who always had a smile, a very contagious smile and if she had a bad day while I was at school For 4 years you didn't know it by her face. Mrs. Frazier was a jewel. Her years at WCHS was a blessing. She always had an encouraging word for all the students especially those who were struggling. I was one of those students and I never forgot her. It did not matter where you saw her she was always shining. Charlotte Crouell (WCHS Class of 1974).
