Obituary For Winnie B. Green

Winnie Brown Green, the ninth child of the late Reverend Harold Evans Brown and Evelina Wheelings Brown, was born November 8, 1949 on Johns Island, SC. She received her heavenly wings and departed this life on Friday, May 7, 2021, quietly at her home. She is survived by her loving husband Leon Stoney Green and her three Children: LaZander K. Green(Allison), Leondra Green-Marshall, and Robert Green(Chasity). She also have four beautiful grandchildren: Austen Marshall, Robert Green II, London Marshall and Emma- Grace Green. The relatives and friends of Mrs. Winnie Green are all invited to attend her funeral Celebration, 11 AM, Saturday, May 15, 2021, at Charleston First Assembly, 2957 Savannah Hwy, Charleston, SC. 29414. SC. A Wake service will be held, Friday, May 14, 2021 from 6pm until 8pm at Charleston First Assembly. Due to Covid-19, we ask that you please wear your masks and practice social distancing.
