Mr. Willie Reese, 83 of Ft. Mitchell, AL passed Sunday, May 9, 2021 in Columbus, GA.

Graveside service will be held 12 noon Friday, May 14, 2021 at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church Ft. Mitchell, AL with Rev. Fredrick Small, officiating. Visitation its Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 1-5 p.m.

Mr. Willie Reese was born February 10, 1938 to the late Carrie Jones and the late Ben Reese. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and became a member of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Mitchell Alabama.

He was employed at W. C. Bradley in Columbus Georgia for over 23 years until his retirement.He was preceded in death by his brother Robert Mitchell, two sisters, Betty Jones and Joann Davis, one stepson, Jimmy James.

He leaves to cherish his memories a devoted wife, Mrs. Julia Mae Reese of Phenix City Alabama; one daughter, Brenda Jakes of Phenix City Alabama; one son, Jamie Sanks (Chenita) of Columbus Georgia; three stepsons, Curtis James and Joseph James of Fort Mitchell Alabama and Willie James (Gladys) of Phenix City Alabama; two sisters, Elizabeth Thomas of Fort Mitchell Alabama and Flora Jones of Phenix City Alabama; one aunt, Hattie Sumbry of Columbus Georgia and one uncle, Tommie Johnson of Columbus Georgia, his grandchildren and a host of other dear relatives and friends.
