Cecelia Williams, 51 daughter of Cecil Williams and Viola Williams was born June 26, 1966 in New York.

She departed this life on October 18, 2017 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice House, Wilmington, North Carolina.

A public viewing will be held Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 6-8 pm in the D.L. Grate Memorial Chapel of United Funeral Home.

Ms. Williams will be placed in the church Monday, October 23, 2017 at 12:00 pm for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral services for Ms. Williams will be held Monday, October 23, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church #1.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
