Obituary For Reginald Barrett

“Mr. Reginald Guy Barrett” was born on March 19, 1955 in Queens, N.Y. to the parentage of the late Samuel and Pearline Barrett. After graduating from Canarise High School, he enlisted into the U.S. Air Force. He retired in 1996 with the rank of Master Sergeant after 21 years of distinguished service as a Computer Operation Specialist. He was an avid chess player and enjoyed listening to music. A free-spirited and very outgoing man, whose smile would light up a room. Reggie, was dedicated family man, who loved life and people. Children were especially dear to his heart. He departed this life on May 9, 2021. He leaves to cherish his memory a loving and devoted wife of 31 years, Angelita Barrett of Warner Robins, Georgia; son, Reginald Barrett; daughters: Misean (Gary) Lewis of Tampa, Florida, Ciara Barrett, Tamara Barrett, Kareen Davis and Chanel West; sisters: Deborah Barrett of Warner Robins, Georgia, Endora (Alton) Lewis of Brooklyn, New York, and Annetta Barrett of Charlotte, North Carolina; a brother, Reginald S. Barrett of Brooklyn, New York; fifteen grandchildren; a life-long friend, Cornwell Jones; and a host of other relatives and friends.
