Agnes G. Webb, 90, of Richmond, our beloved mother, peacefully transitioned Monday, May 10, 2021. She was the last living of eighteen children . She was preceded in death by her husband, James Webb. Surviving are her daughters, Anesia (Conrad) Hawkins and Jo Ann Webb-McDowney; two sons, James Lowell Webb and Glen Webb; stepdaughter, Lula Mae Webb; other relatives and friends. Public viewing will be held from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday, May 23 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. and from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Monday, May 24 at New Covenant Apostolic Church, 2129 Ford Avenue followed by a private funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment Greenwood Memorial Gardens, 12609 Patterson Avenue.
