Obituary For Thomas Joyner, Jr.

Thomas Joyner, Jr, 73, of Summerville, SC, entered into eternal rest, Saturday, May 22, 2021. The relatives and friends of the late Mr. Thomas Joyner Jr. are all invited to attend his Celebration of Life Service, Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at Ferry Field Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 539 River Road, Johns Island, SC at 11:00 AM. The viewing for Mr. Joyner will be held on Monday, May 31, 2021, from 1pm until 5 pm at Walker's Mortuary Chapel. He leaves behind his wife, Anquenette Joyner, Children, Siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, one living aunt Louise Portrait and close friends.

Ann I'm so so sorry for your loss sugar..Tommy was a good man. Wen we worked together at SCDOT he taught me alot bout Jesus. He would encourage me always,he was always there for me wen my daddy passed, given me passages to read... wat a God fearing man ..He will be missed.. ...to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord..."Rabbit" as Tommy was affectionally known, was a man of honor. He would always be with my Uncle Lloyd where he would always quiet and wear a smile. I have never seen him angry, use profanity, or behave unseemly. He was respectful, a role model to the males in the community, and wanted things to be done in an orderly way. Thank God for him, may his soul be at rest, and see you in the the morning "Rabbit".
