Maureen Smith Wheeler, 73, of Sarasota, FL, passed away on May 23, 2021.

Visitation will be held from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Fri., May 28, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home.

Services will be held 1:00pm on Sat., May 29, 2021 at Truvine Missionary Baptist Church.

Burial will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her children, Rhonda Johnson (Michael), Byron Wheeler (Erin), Lori Wheeler, and Tommie Wheeler Jr. (Charmaine); 11 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren. She has many nieces, nephews, cousins, and 2 beloved dogs, Brooke and Stone.
