Tara Miche’ Pryor, was affectionately call CHE’. Tara transitioned peacefully home to her heavenly father, Monday, May 24, 2021. She accepted Christ as her personal savior at an early age under the leadership of Dr. James Adams of St. Stephens Missionary Baptist church in Memphis, TN. She was the daughter of Allen M. Pryor, Jr and Sherry Diane Pryor (proceeded her in death). She was the sister of Terrence M. Pryor (proceeded her in death), step-brother, Jordan Wallace and Alex S. Pryor. She married the love of her life, Timithay Robinson in August of 1997. They shared two sons , Alan Michael Pope and Terrell Robinson. Tara became a member of the Living Word Fellowship Church, under the leadership of Danny O’ Blayde. Tara served her church actively in many areas. She loved fellowshipping with her family and church members whenever she could. Tara attended Oakhaven high school where she was a cheerleader and a honor student. She later furthered her education and earned her BS in Management and Organizational Development from Bethel University in 2015. She secured a position as a Human Resource Generalist with International Paper (IP) where she quickly excelled. She and her husband relocated to Clinton, MS where she led the hiring and retention of employees for the IP Vicksburg, MS. location. Tara was loved by too many to name. However, she leaves to treasure her memories her loving husband, Timithay Robinson of 23 years; a son Alan Michael Pope; a step-son Terrell Robinson, father Alan Pryor, Jr. (Elaine); a sister-in-law Pamela Pryor (Terrence proceeded her in death), step-brother, Jordan Wallace, and Alex Pryor (Cherita); Two nephews: Terrence M. Pryor, II and Tyler M. Pryor; two aunts Sandra Smith and Dr. Jacqueline Cobbins, two special cousins Kumari Jordan and Zya Jordan along with a host of other cousins and friends.
A public viewing is scheduled for Saturday May 29th, 2021 from 2 pm until 4 pm at R. S. Lewis and Sons Funeral Home 2944 Walnut Grove Rd. Graveside services on Sunday May 30th, 2021, 1 pm at Memorial Park Southwoods 5485 Hacks Cross Rd.
