Obituary For Laney A. Flippin

Laney A. Flippin, 46, of Greensboro, died May 26, 2021. A public viewing will be held Sunday June 6, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Perry- Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, Madison, NC. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 7,2021 at Pine Hall Baptist Church, Pine Hall, NC.

Laney was born on March 23, 1975, in Forsyth County. On Wednesday, May 26, 2021 she departed this earthly world to spend eternal rest with her Heavenly Father. She attended Walnut Cove Elementary school and obtained her GED from GTCC. Laney was a wonderful, gregarious person with a love for life and serving others. She worked at Morningview Retirement Home and was extremely passionate about taking care of her patients. She worked in healthcare until her health declined. Laney was a faithful member of Pine Hall Missionary Baptist Church and served as Assistant Secretary of the Sunday School, a Missionary and a devoted member of the Usher Board where she proudly served greeting everyone with a big smile. Through the pandemic she was sometimes the first one on Facebook for Bible Study and Sunday Service.

She leaves to cherish her memory: mother, Mary Flippin Singleton, sister, MaryAnn Flippin Hicks, 4 nieces, 4 nephews, uncle, Water Flippin a host of cousins and dear friends.
