I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Waters when I was going through when my leg was amputated and we connected he always would talk to me and would watch over me the first time he saw my leg was amputated he cried and told me I was to young. We did this first meet everyday. He was like a grandfather to me. He would laugh at me when I would fuss at him for giving the nurses a hard time. I miss you so much. Rest in his arms.
