Obituary For Mr. Richardo Lofton

Mr. Richardo Lofton transitioned from this earthly life on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. His funeral will be held 1:00PM on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Shiloh Baptist Church, 1210 S Eugene St, Greensboro, NC. Visitations will start 30min prior to the service at the church. Woodard Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements.

I just discovered the news of your passing and my heart is so broken. I will always remember the times you made me laugh, smile and saving us from having an accident by tapping me on the shoulder when I almost fell asleep driving. You were a very humble and solid individual who showed generosity and love to help anyone you could help in anyway. My prayers and condolences to your wife, children and family & many friends. I will miss my partner Rico aka "Ricky". This was my fishing and pool brother. I have known Rico since 1998 and already miss his presence dearly. Rico had a way of making every person believe he was there best friend. This was a true gift. He had this soft tone when he spoke which was opposite of his loud smile and laugh. We use to have each other rolling. I could go on for days about this guy. I just want him to know I will never forget you and my heart still aches of your passing. I will be going fishing in front of your house in the future, this is the place I can reminisce and remind me of our friendship. I'll be praying for your family. I will keep talking if you keep listening.

With Deepest Sympathy to the Lofton Family. Ricardo was a really humble person. Each time I would run into him he would ask me this question.Did you know I'm a fisherman. I be like man you can't even catch a "brim" fish. He would laugh and say ask anybody that knows me. Alot of people still doesn't remember who he was but had they known him they would. He was a nice guy and laid back. Who wears their Balenciaga shoes to work outside. (Smile) he did. Just wanted to share that reflection of our conversations..
