CROWLEY - Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Word Berean Baptist Church, 325 E. Elm St., Crowley, LA for Mr. Carlton J. Guidry, 63, who entered eternal rest on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette, LA. Interment will be in South Crowley Cemetery.

Pastor Carlton Carter will be officiating the funeral service.

Mr. Guidry leaves to cherish his memories: his father, Dallas Guidry, Sr. of Crowley, LA; one daughter, Onika Dennis (Michael) of Sulphur, LA; three brothers, Dallas (Mary) Guidry, Jr. and Robert Lee (Tammy) Guidry, both of Baytown, TX and Yancy Lee (Rochelle) Guidry, Sr. of Crowley, LA; one sister, Abbie Gail Oliver (Leon, Sr.) of Crowley, LA; four grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Shirley B. Guidry and two sisters, Annie Mae Coleman and Glen Rose Guidry.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Berean Baptist Church.
