Mr. Dalvin Bookard transitioned from this life on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. His funeral will be held 11:30AM on Monday, June 7, 2021 at Woodard Funeral Home Chapel. Visitations will start 30min prior to the service at the chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Woodard Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
