I remember when Niel sat on the phone with me while i was crying, and that's when we got to be really close friends. He was like an older brother, and was a really big influence to me. His words impacted so many people, and he made me, and everyone around him so happy. Watching him grow, playing video games together, staying up late with him and all of our friends. My heart goes to all those who know him, and especially his family.

I remember it like it was yesterday that Neil had met me on the video games that he enjoyed and loved. Neil had made so many memories with everyone and never got angry with anyone. Over the three years I had known Neil, he was a happy person and my heart goes out to his family.
