Alice Webster,78, of Walnut Cove, died June 5,2021. A public viewing will be held Wednesday, June 9, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 10, 2021, Pine Hall Baptist Church, Pine Hall, NC, visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the church.

Ms. Alice Beatrice Webster, know as “Aunt Bea” transitioned to her heavenly home on Saturday morning, June 5, 2021, at Pelican Health Nursing Center, Reidsville, NC. Alice was born on March 20, 1943, to the late Lillie and Alfred Webster of Stokes County. Alice attended Stokes County Schools and worked at Frontier Spinning, Mayodan, NC where she retired in 2009. Alice was a faithful member of Pine Hall Baptist Church until her health declined. She also loved visiting Zion Hill United Methodist Church, Kernersville, NC under Pastor Linda Moore. Alice was well known, never met a stranger and love helping people. Alice was preceded in death by her brothers; David “Buster” Webster, Carnell “Doc’ Webster, sisters; Katherine Martin, Alvester Sheppard, Marvel Sheppard, Sallie Hairston and Marquice Tatum.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her sister; Shirley Brooks of Walkertown, NC, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins. Special friends; Priscilla Smith of Walnut Cove, NC, Ms. Daisy and Sylvia Little at High Grove Assistant Living, Reidsville, NC.
