Obituary For Ms. Shaquala M. Hopkins

YOUNGSTOWN A homegoing celebration in honor of Ms. Shaquala M. Hopkins will be held Thursday June 10, 2021 at 12pm at the Jaylex Event Center , 2110 Glenwood Ave in Youngstown, OH. Ms. Hopkins departed this life May 29, 2021 in Youngstown, OH. Ms. Hopkins affectionately know to her family and friends as " Quala" was born July 7, 1992 a daughter of Sherese Tomlin and Norman Hopkins. She attended East High School and was employed at Briar Field Manor. She was a loving mother who adored her children. She enjoyed spending quality time with her friends and was always there to for her family. She loved the color purple and was known as the "Purple Goddess". Her fun loving personality and caring spirit will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving parents; her siblings, SharLynn and Sherese Hopkins, Mello Grabe; her children, Vaira Johnson, Dior Thompson, Lauren Thompson, Beledai Thompson; her fiancΓ© Devin Thompson; a host of other relatives and dear friends. The family will receive friends Thursday from 11am-12pm at the Jaylex Event Center. Interment will be in Tod Homestead Cemetery in Youngstown, OH.
