Mrs. Blackmun was born on May 7, 1956 in Franklin, Williamson County, Tennessee to the parents of Mary Elisabeth and Latham Lowe Mills. . Mrs. Blackmun leaves to cherish her many memories her husband, Nathaniel Blackmun, Sr.; children, Natonya Blackmun (John) Listach, Courtney Blackmun and Nathaniel "JR" Blackmun, Jr.; grandchildren, Elizabeth Listach and Zayne Listach; mother, Mary Elisabeth Mills; brother, Latham Lowe Mills, Jr.; aunt, Maggie Knowles Cannon; brothers-in-law, William (Louise) Blackmun and Harlis Blackmun; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
