So fortunate to provide care to this woman of beauty, grace, knowledge and integrity! She knew what, when and how she wanted everything. Her mind remained as sharp as a tac! Watching TV channels 7 and 9 will never be the same. I will forever cherish our life lessons shared and taught. Working with Mrs. Venus was such an unmeasurable joy and delight! I miss her dearly!!Rendering prayer and asking God for comfort for the family, Church family, friends, caregivers, health care providers and all others that she touched. Valery Frazier Kelley

I met Mrs. Davis in 1979 as a young single mom with a child in Headstart in Bayboro. She took me under her wings and nurtured me. I was forever grateful for her love and support. I had the chance to later work under her and enjoyed her guidance one again. I had the opportunity to visit with her a year ago and she was so happy to see me as I was to see her. Her love for me was still there and she shared how happy she was to see me and have me come visit her. Rest easy Mrs. Davis, Rest easy. Lillian Burley-Guion

My sincere condolences to the family. Ms Venus was a joy to work with, she shared some much needed advice, and love for the LORD. As she always said to me look to the LORD he will never leave or for seek you, he was her help throughout her life. I have to share this with everyone, she woke Friday morning around 6am singing as loud as she could This Little Light of Mind I'm gonna Let It Shine! She said she was hoping someone heard her and would join in. I did of course. Love me some Ms. Venus! I'm gone miss her so much.
