Obituary For Stanley G. Hines, Jr.

Stanley G Hines Jr was born to Stanley & Rita Hines. Stanley was named after his dad Stanley Sr. He was born in Brooklyn NY on May 17th,1967. He was first of their children. Stanley started as Sound and Security of Educational Church in South Ozone in Park Queens, NY. He later became a Deacon and Armor Bearer to the pastor, Ruben Frye. He was a part of the church ministry called Guest ministry at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Augusta, Ga. He was married for 21 years to his wife Nadine Hines. His wife gave him five handsome sons, Stanley, Bernard, Shakiem, Stephen and Dwight. Stanley left behind a beautiful daughter Christie Hines the wife of Dwight Hines. He loved her unconditionally and was so happy to finally have a daughter. He also left behind six lovely Grandchildren: Jeremiah, Destiny, Dayna, Aaliyah, Royal, and Aiden. He loved his music; music brought him through. He would stay in his room or in his car and play Pandora all day and all night. His favorite Gospel song of all time is My Souls Been Anchored In The Lord by Douglas Miller. Stanley loved everyone that he came in contact with. He made you feel at home with his love and sense of humor. Stanley loved the lord. His foundation was in Christ Jesus. He taught his sons and daughter to always trust in the lord in all you do and give it to him. Stanley showed us that despite all the challenges he faced. You still saw a smile. You still see the glow in him. You still knew that God was the head of his life. He is at peace and resting with our Heavenly Father.

A memorial service will be held Friday, June 18, 2021 at 4:00 pm at mortuary.
