Funeral services for Mr. Keels will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at Hayes F. Samuels Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St. Manning, SC. Burial will follow in Pinegrove AME Church Cemetery, Greeleyville, SC
