Jimmy Lee Hill, Jr. November 26, 1952 - June 12, 2021

Columbus, Georgia - Mr. Jimmy Lee Hill Jr. was born November 26, 1952, in Columbus, Georgia, to the late Jimmie and Mary Frances Lawrence Hill Jr. He departed this life on Saturday June 12, 2021, in Columbus Georgia. Celebration of life services will be 1:00PM Saturday, June 19, 2021 in the chapel at Hill-Watson-People's Funeral Service LLC, 1605 3rd Avenue, Columbus with Rev. Jerry Dowdell, officiating.

Interment will follow at Prospect AME Church Cemetery, Fortson, GA according to Hill-Watson-People's Funeral Service LLC, 1605 3rd Ave. Visitation will be today, Friday, June 18, 2021 from 2:00PM-6:00PM at the funeral home. Jimmy Lee gave his life to Christ and attended Little Mt. Olive Baptist Church. He attended Muscogee County schools. He was employed for many years at Columbus Water Works.

He was a loving kind, respectful and generous person who loved his family. He was preceded in death by, other than his parents, his wife, Faye Richard-Hill and a brother, Charlie "Pig" Hill. He leaves to cherish his memories two sons: Antoine Bernard (Shena) Hill Sr. and Jason Hill; two sisters, Linda Lou Beach and Cathealeen (Jimmy) Marshall; five brothers, Edward Hill, Pastor Eugene (Pastor Agatha) Hill, Leonard (Tiffany) Hill, Pastor Donald Ray (Pastor Linda) Hill and Tommy Lee Hill; four grandchildren, LaZinia Hill, LaDarius Hill, KeOsha Hill and Antoine Hill Jr.; five great-grandchildren; one Leola McCant; one Uncle Ulysses Hill; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
