I don't know why nobody has written an obituary for my sister, but I will try... Patricia Sue (Barham) Ochieng was born April 11, 1962 in Dallas, Texas. Patricia, known by family as "TC," spent most of her life in one type of nursing position or another, even giving a large amount of time to abused women and the American Red Cross disaster relief. She is preceded in death by her dad and mom, Charles Ellis and Lovina Elizabeth Barham. She is survived by two daughters, Faith and Jackie, and a granddaughter, Skye. She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Connie and Mike; sister and brother-in-law, Phillis and Tim; brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Gloria; as well as a whole slew of nephews, nieces, cousins, etc. I sat here with tear filled eyes and attempted to write a short book about you, TC. Each memory bringing another smile or tear... yeah, maybe a few cuss words too. Then I was informed that you were only worth 250 words or less. Huh. Well you know what I wrote even if nobody else will. TC... you were taken from us way too soon. I'm so sorry for your suffering and though I miss you, I take comfort in the fact that you are suffering no longer. Please know that your memory is much, much larger than this small space they've allotted me to remember you in. -- Love always, Tommy

I would like to offer my condolences to the Ochieng family and may God be a refuge and strength in your time of distress.(Psalms 46:1)

You have my condolences. May "the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials", be with you during your time of grief and afterward. (2 Cor.1:3, 4) He is the Most High God over all the earth. (Psalm 83:18) Throw your anxieties on Him because He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7) And take heart! Acts 24:15 says “there is going to be a resurrection”. We will be able to see our loved ones again. I hope this brings you peace.
