Betty Mearl Blackmon Finley of Stone Mountain died Tuesday, December 31, 2013. She was the wife of Major Isaac Finley, Jr. U.S. Army – Retired); mother of Michael J.T. Finley, Esq.; and, sister of Corene Blackmon, Rev. Ernestine Blackmon Cole, and, James E. Blackmon, Esq.

The celebration of life for Mrs. Betty Mearl Blackmon Finley will be held Monday, January 6, 2014at 11:00 AM in the Hillside Presbyterian Church, 1879 Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30032.

Visitation will be held Sunday, January 5, 2014 from 6:00PM – 8:00 PM at Grissom-Clark Funeral Home, 227 East Lake Dr. (at Memorial Dr.) 404-373-3191 www.grissom-clarkfh.com.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in memory of Betty Mearl Blackmon Finley ’62 be forwarded to: Tuskegee University, 1200 W. Montgomery Road, Tuskegee Institute, Alabama 36088.
