To: The Alexender Family. I am sorry for your lost. During this difficult time, may you find comfort from God's word the Bible. Jesus said: At John 6:40 For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life, and I will resurrect him on the last day. May the hope in this Scripture bring you comfort and strength to endure the difficult days ahead. Please visit jw.org.

I am sorry to hear of the loss of Edwin, your dear family member. Death is an enemy according to 1 Corinthians 15:26. The scriptures help us to appreciate it is going to be "brought to nothing." Revelations 21:4 says death will be no more. The Bible help us to appreciate death is going to end forever. This is a wonderful hope the Bible holds out for human kind. I hope you find comfort and strength to move forward during this period and the years to come.

Please accept my condolence on the loss of your loved one. The loss of a loved one makes us appreciate how precious life is and certainly our Creator more than anyone else realizes that. Jesus promised that "those in the memorial tombs will come out" [John 5:28,29] . Can we put our trust in these promises? Yes, because Almighty God cannot lie. [Heb. 6:18] . If you would like more information or have additional questions, you can find the answers on www.jw.org.
