Obituary For Mr. Robert David Pendleton

Mr. Robert Pendleton, son of the late James Hubert Pendleton and Hattie Mae Miller Gilbert, was born January 30, 1946 in Guthrie, Kentucky. Robert attended Guthrie Elemntary School in Guthrie, Kentucky before moving to Indiana and Iowas with his mother and stepfather. In later years, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he resided until his death. During his time in Atlanta, Robert was employed with John Deer, Greyhound and Coca-Cola. He leaves to cherish his memory, loving companion, Tameka Few and her sons, Javon and D'Shaun; sons, Sharmar, Shaheed, Brandon and Salammah Pendleton; dauthers, Shari, Traci, Ronnette, Michelle and Patrice Pendleton; sisters, Linda (Robert) Gilbert Cole, Tasha Cola, Delphia (Dudley) Ligon, Ruby D. (Rev. Jimmy) Smith, Marion J. Hardy, Patricia A. Pendleton and Valeria W. Pendleton; brothers, Stuart Gilbert, Hubert E. (Anna) Pendleton, Marlon Cole, Darnell, Jerome A. and Philip E. Pendleton; 26 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; two aunts, Mollie Johnson and Anna (Larry) Drake; three uncles, Harold (Marietta) Pendleton, William (Mildred) Pendleton and Bernice Pendleton ; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. I've known Robert for quiet a long time, and have always found him to be very friendly and always spoke to me whenever I saw him.
