My deepest sympathy in the loss of your beloved family member. May you be comforted by the words found at Psalm 147:3 which says: He (God) heals the brokenhearted; He binds up their wounds. Also the wonderful promise at Isaiah 25:8; He (God) will swallow up death forever. And the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe the tears from all faces. Because God “cares for you “(1Peter 5:7) he will help you to cope at this difficult time.

I am very sorry for your loss. However, Almighty God has provided a guarantee of a resurrection to all people in His memory by resurrecting Jesus from the dead. (Psalm 83:18; Acts 17:31) We will be able to see our loved ones again on a restored earth. (Psalm 37:11, 29) May you trust in God to comfort you until that time. (Prov. 3:5, 6)

I am sorry for your loss. It is sad to lose a loved one to death. I have lost many family and friends to death and that continues to be very difficult for me,but what brings me comfort is knowing, I will see them again in the resurrection. (John 5:28,29. ) Revelation 21:4 says he is going to wipe the tears from our eyes. I am looking forward to that time. I hope these scriptures can be of comfort to you as well.
