Please let me express my condolences for the loss of your son, through such senseless violence. The Bible's promise that we can see our loved ones again can bring you much comfort. Please read John 5:28,29 and be comforted. Also be assured that God's Kingdom we pray for will come and rid the earth of all of the violence and bloodshed and everything that is wrong with mankind today. Jehovah God, our Creator, has promised it. He feels for us when we go through pain and suffering and He has the power to do something about it, even as we would if we had the power. May you find peace.

Benson and my son, Evan Wall, attended Fulton Leadership Academy together. I have kept the family in my prayers since hearing of your loss. This is my prayer for you: Heavenly Father, I bring before You today, Benson's family, who are having to go through such a tragic loss. I pray that You would be very close to each one who is in mourning and are perhaps confused or even angry that such a devastating occurrence has happened. You are the Comforter and You promise to comfort us in times of need. I pray You will do this for the West family at this time. Draw very close to them, Lord, and send forth Your chosen laborers to minister to them and be a genuine source of comfort and support at this time. Lord, it is very difficult to understand why our loved ones should suddenly be removed from us through a sudden, unexpected death, but Lord, I trust You to soothe away the hurt--one day at a time. Finally, Lord, please remind the West family that earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal. Thank You for taking care of this precious soul until he meets his family and friends again. It is in the mighty, matchless name of Jesus I pray. Amen.

Dear The Benson and Joyce West Family: I am deeply sorry to hear of the tragic passing of your beloved son Benson. In the Bible at John 11:11 Jesus said Lazarus was sleeping in death. So those who have died are asleep in the grave. John 5:28-29 and Psalms 37:9-11 gives hope of us being reunited with our loved ones following a resurrection on a paradise earth. You have my deepest heartfelt condolences. It is so hard to lose a child, but look to Almighty God, family and friends, for strength and support to carry you through this. (Psalm 83:18; Isa. 41:10) Keep his happy memories close to your heart. And keep your head up. Acts 24:15 says “there is going to be a resurrection”. We will be able to see Benson again on this earth. (Psalm 37:11, 29) I hope this brings you comfort.
