Frances I. Smith born in London, England June 9, 1940, passed away April 10, 2013 after complications due to surgery. Frances was a deeply religious person with compassion for all living beings great and small. She was preceded in death by her son Paul Smith. She will be deeply missed by her children; Carl Smith, Lee Smith, and Ashley Smith; Daughters-in-law, Amy Boren and Cyndy Smith; Grandchildren, Abigale Boren, Elijah Smith, Josie Smith, Patrick Smith, Jordan Smith, Taylor Smith.
