Graveside service will be conducted on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Peter Baptist Church Old Cemetery with Elder Louis Brown and Reverend Norman O'Neal officiating. Visitation will be conducted on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Simmons Funeral Home of Williston, Inc. & Cremation Service.

Cleveland, I've been in caregiving almost 17 years now and I've never gotten attached as much as I have gotten attached to you I love to see you smile I love it when I could put Tina Turner on for you and your favorite song even though when I asked you to marry me he said na not me I'll never do that again did it once never do it again just remember I'll see you again someday and we'll be able to play Tina Turner together I love you please you are the best patient I ever had.
