Obituary For Ronald Taylor

Mr. Ronald Taylor passed August 3, 2013.

Celebration of life for Mr. Ronald E. Taylor, Sr. will be held Friday, August 9, 2013 12:00 Noon at Central UMC, 501 Mitchell Street, Rev. Yvette Massey, Senior Pastor, Rev. Fredrick Gray, Eulogist. Interment, Lincoln Cemetery.

Mr. Ronald Eugene Taylor, Sr. was born on September 18, 1950 in Atlanta, Georgia, the son of Mr. Frank Taylor and Mrs. Lillian Brooks Taylor. He departed this life on Saturday, August 3, 2013.

Ronald was educated in the Atlanta Public School system. He was a member of the Morris Brown College Upward Bound Program in high school. Ronald is a 1968 graduate of Archer High School.

Ronald obtained his CDL and was a truck driver for Crown Cork and Seal Company. After his career as a truck driver, he followed his passion for automobiles. He then became an automobile mechanic.

Ronald loved traveling and he enjoyed people. He loved good music and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his children, Ronald E. Taylor, Jr. and Jasmine Jewell; siblings, Melvin Brooks, Charles Taylor, Keith (Diane) Taylor, Gregory (Terri) Taylor, Deborah Taylor, Cecelia Rocker, Tyrone Taylor, and Dwight Taylor; a special friend, Angelique Jewell and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
