I will always love my mother. Mom was always there for me over 50 years through all my surgeries, illness, blessings, and trials. She was a Proverbs 31 woman, with a servant heart. She was a role model, prayer warrior, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Mom instilled in all us respect, wisdom, and love. She kept my four children (her grandchildren), so I could work peacefully, knowing they had the best of care. Like I told her all the time, Mom I love you. I already miss you. But I know you are in the arms of Jesus with no more suffering. "...rather be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord". 2 Cor 5:8. "O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." I Cor 15:55-57.

May your mother Rest In Peace after a life of extending love and care to her family and those around her... I too am thankful for the life of "Grandma Lee"! My name is Marsha Swanston Spight. I am the sister /(sister-in-law)of Juliette and George Jenkins. I met Grandma Lee on one of my visits to Montgomery when Juliette and George were still living there..... Grandma Lee reached my life because I am forever touched by and deeply grateful for the love and care she extended to my sister, brother- in-law and nephews, Dyami and Brahn...
