The Obituary

Darryl “Bodean” Arnold was born on January 29, 1965 to Louise Carter and the late Edward Arnold, Sr. He was called to glory at the age 56 at Colquitt Regional Hospital on June 18, 2021. He was preceded in death by his sister Peggy Arnold.

Darryl attend Brooks County School System. Darryl was a dedicated farm worker for many years with BTR farms of Pavo, Georgia. Darryl was known for his outgoing personality and great spirit.

Darryl leaves to cherish his memories; his mother and step father Louise and Charles Carter of Pavo, GA; Three daughters Jamonica and Pagan Jackson, Karla Johnson of Pavo, GA; One brother Edward Arnold, Jr. (Latrell), ; One sister Susie Stewart (Terry) of Pavo, GA; Uncles; Louis Arnold (Margaret), Springhill, FL, Major Arnold (Mildred), Ocala, FL, Tommy Lee Arnold (Leola), Madison, FL, Robert Arnold (Robbie) Thomasville, GA, Lee James Arnold , Adel, GA; Aunts, Betty Jackson, Quitman, GA , Gladys Arnold , Dorothy Arnold, Adel, GA, Betty Jean Walden , Mary Ann Arnold , Thomasville, GA , Rosa Wyche, Boston, GA, Allene Davis (Elder Charlie Davis, Jr.), Pavo, GA; Three grandkids; Skylar Smith , Jaylen Smith and Khalil Shorter; Special friends Brian Robinson , Derek Anderson and a host of nieces , nephews and family and friends.

A celebration of life will be Thursday, June 23, 2021 at 1PM at Hill Crest Memorial Gardens with Pastor Randy Shelley, eulogist. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at the Stevens-McGhee Chapel from 2PM-7PM. He helped me get my very first car. Spent a whole day with me to make sure I and my kids had a ride. Darryl had so much favor on him and was a blessing to be around. We love you cousin. There will never be another you.
