Graveside service for Glenda Patricia Lowe 69, will be Friday, June 25 at 1 pm at the Edgemont Cemetery with Rev. P.Q. English, officiating. Mrs. Lowe passed away on June 17, 2021 at Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Lowe was a graduate of Calhoun County Training School class of 1970. She retired from Mrs. Lowe's Little Angels Preschool. Survivors include her husband: Daniel Lowe; sons: Tristan Lowe (Shondra Thomas), Deon (Ja'Nise) Lowe; step daughter: Natasha Borden; honorary children: Dontra Lowe, Jr., Shawnee Spradley; grandchildren: Tasman Lowe, Treymon Lowe, Jayden Lowe, Caleb Lowe, Talaysia Lowe, Jayla Lowe; siblings: Ilean (Jimmy) Miller, Gladys (Shermon) Walon, Arnethia Burnett, Sandra Whyatt,Ben (Beverly) McKinney, Henri McKinney, sisters in-law: Ida McKinney, Deborah McKinney, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, WIlson and Margret McKinney, son, Donta Lowe, Sr., siblings, Lillie Rene English, Wilson McKinney, Jr., Charles "Mac" McKinney, Gloria Abney.
