Obituary For Jahari Stephon McCutchins

MR. JAHARI STEPHON McCUTCHINS – Age 31, of Summerville, Georgia passed away Thursday, June 24, 2021 from injuries received from automobile accident. He was born on November 23, 1989. He was preceded by by his grandparents, Eula and George McCutchins, great grandparents, James and Willie Mosteller, great great grandparents, John and Clara Johnson, and Ben Perry, aunts, Mona McCutchins, Anita McCutchins, Deborah Perry, uncles, Al McCutchins, and cousin, Isaiah McCutchins. Jahari graduated from Chattooga High School, and he attended the University Of West Alabama on a football scholarship. He was a member of World Church Of The Living God, and was employed at Roper Corporation for one year. His favorite hobbies were basketball, working out, traveling, spending time with his children and family.

He is lovingly survived by his two daughters, Mya McCutchins, Marlie McCutchins; stepdaughter, Jaylie Burdick; fiancΓ©, Megan McCutchins; special friends, Cheree King and Lyn Woodall; mother, Shona (Maurice) Mosteller; father, Tracy McCutchins; sister, Sierra Johnson; brothers, Derriss Austin, Jamarious Mosteller; grandfathers, Scott Morton, Daniel Mosteller; grandmothers, Faye Morton, Robin Williams; great grandmother, Rose Page, Velma Morton; special great aunt, Somer Page; aunts. Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Homegoing Service will be Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 2:00 P. M. at the North Summerville Baptist Church, 119 Maplewood Drive, Summerville, GA 30747, with Pastor Mose Whitfield as Eulogist. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment, Allgood Cemetery in Trion, Georgia. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
