It was with deepest sorrow that Lavender’s Funeral Service announced the passing of MR. BRUCE W. "BRU NOODLE" McKINSTRY, 53 of Tuscaloosa, Alabama on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Hospice of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

PUBLIC VISITATION for Mr. Bruce W. "Bru Noodle" McKinstry of Tuscaloosa, Alabama was Friday, July 2, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Lavender’s Funeral Service.

THE HOME GOING CELEBRATION HONORING THE LIFE & LEGACY OF Mr. Bruce W. McKinstry was Saturday, July 3, 2021, 12:00 Noon at Spirit & Truth Pentecostal Church, 2717 MLK Road in Aliceville, Alabama. The body of Mr. McKinstry was in state in the church one hour prior to the service.

INTERMENT was in Bethany Town Cemetery, 2288 Old Bethany Road, also in Aliceville, Alabama. Apostle Jeffrey Ball, Sr. is The Pastor of Spirit & Truth Pentecostal Church. Reverend Ray Colvin, Associate Pastor of Mt. Hebron Baptist Church in Aliceville, Alabama was The Eulogist.

God in his infinite wisdom has transitioned your son and love one Mr. Bruce W. McKinstry from his earthly home to his final resting place. Words cannot express how sorry I am to hear of you losing another son. Surviving the death of a child is the hardest thing any parent will ever go through. Lamentations 3:32 But though he cause grief, yet will he have compassion according to the multitude of his mercies, Lamentations 3:31 " For the Lord will not cast off for ever:" The memories you two shared, and the love the two of you had for each other lives on; it do not end with death. May God hold you as tenderly in His embrace as you once held your precious son.
