Obituary For Mrs. Dahlia L. Banks

Mrs. Dahlia L. Banks was born on April 24, 1933. She graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in 1953. She continued her education at Clark Atlanta University. She retired from the Atlanta Public School System after 42 years of service and Fulton County Board of Election after 50 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Marion Walter Banks (Jimmy). She leaves to cherish her memories, 3 sons, malcom Castleberry (Jackie), richard B. Banks and James M. (Beverly) Banks; a daughter, Theresa L. (George) Strozier; 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; extended family with daughters and grandchildren; devoted friends for life, Mrs. Mary Amos, Mrs. Adeline Brown, Mrs. Betty Jenkins and Mrs. Ruth Smith.
