The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. LaQuetta Bryant will be 11am Saturday, January 12, 2008 at Greenforest Community Baptist Church, 3250 Rainbow Dr. Decatur. The Rev. Dennis Mitchell, Senior Pastor. The Rev. Herman H. Cody, Executive Pastor, presiding. The Rev. Michael Potts, Eulogist. The body will lie in state 1 hour before the service. The cortege will assemble at 1096 Fayetteville Rd SE. Interment Kennedy Memorial Gardens. LaQuetta Bryant was a dedicated employee of the US Postal Service for 23 years and was active in the Atlanta Postal Workers Union. Those who cherish her memory include: her sons, Colburn Knight and Marcel Knight; brothers, Michael Bryant, Gerald Bryant, and Eric (Theresa) Bryant; sister, Michelle (Frederick) Wynne; several other relatives and friends.
