Remains in state at 9:00 a.m. Survived by husband, Arthur Welch; 3 children, Catrice (Marcus) Cooper Brown, Chiquita (Dexter) Cooper Burks, Arthur Welch, Jr.;7 brothers, 6 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
