He was one of the kindest, sweetest, most reserved, and most humble people that I ever had the privilege of knowing. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. The world just lost one of the best examples of a "good person."

I had the privilege of having Tony in one of my art classes when I first began teaching at CHS. He was a extremely talented young artist who struck me as a kind, gentle soul with an easy demeaner and a quick smile. It was always a treat to encounter him out and about after high school.I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing and I will never forget him.Prayers and sincere regards to the Chattam family. First cousin Leroy

Tony and I are first cousins and we grew up together until I left Calhoun in 1979. Tony and are were very close and very competitive with each other.I would never admit it to him but he was a always a better dresser, dancer and cooler than me. I had nothing but love for my cousin and he will be missed. May God rest his soul and prayers to his son and daughter.
