You and your family have my sincerest condolences. I worked with Paul at GTA and was on a few programs with him at different churches in Greensboro. Paul and I had many discussions and I found Paul to be a straight up guy that loved his family and was passionate about his beliefs. I will miss my buddy and his singing! Did he ever learn to play his guitar? I was a guitar student of Val Alexander and he all was close to Paul and the Truetones. I am praying for the family in these trying times, may God keep and bless you! Roger Brice

Pooney as we called him growing up on the Southside was a friendly person always showing a smile for the most part. He was always easy going and would offer to help someone if he could. He loved to tinker with old cars bringing them out to shine just like him. Will miss you Paul. Your old neighborhood friend (Buckwheat) Phillip Ledwell

To the family we all can say Paul was a good hearted person who truly love the Lord and all he was called to do. Standing tall he fought a good fight with the knocks of life still pressing forward. Our friend will certainly be missed from the home and community, but his works for the Lord will forever be remembered. Hodgist & Patricia Stephens
