FRANKLIN - Vernon C. Franklin, a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on June 21, 2021. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at 1PM at New St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 550 Franklin Street.
