Graveside and burial service will be held Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Hills Cemetery with the staff of E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held Monday, July 5, 2021, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
