Ellis Steven " Steve" Phillips, Sr., 62, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021

Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service, 121 S. Fairview Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27801 with Pastor Florence Nicholson, officiating. Private burial.
